Beachfront properties in Fethiye are mostly situated in Calis beach and Koca Calis beach, some of them in huge holiday-style complexes with private beach, turkish bath, sauna, huge swimming pools and onsite restaurants and bars. Other types are small quiet apartment complexes situated on the Calis promenade with shared pool and gardens. There are some private villas on offer on the seafront too that offer extensive seaviews and beautiful amenities.

When you own a beachfront property, the potential to rent it out to holiday makers are much higher due to the desirability of being so close to the alluring Turquoise coast.
