On entry into this large 5-bedroom Calis villa you will find a w.c and storage cupboards on the left-hand side. To the right is the kitchen and straight ahead is the main lounge. The ground floor is open-plan and consists of a large fully equipped kitchen which also gives you access to the outside balcony. The kitchen leads to a well lit lounge area that also gives access outside. The lounge area has a fireplace that is in full working order and will keep you cosy in the winter months. There is also room for a family dining table.

Calis is situated to the north-west of Fethiye town centre and just 45km from Dalaman Airport.

Average temperatures in July and August are around 32C while winter temperatures rarely drop below 10C.

The community has its own Sunday market, doctors’ surgeries, bakers, chemists, supermarkets, numerous shops and a popular seaside promenade lined with bars and restaurants.

The state hospital is nearby while regular bus services connect the community with Fethiye. There is also a water taxi to Fethiye in the summer when boat tours are also available to the local islands and bays.
