This detached villa is on a plot of 1000 sqm. There is off-road parking for this villa and then a pathway that leads to the gate of the villa. Here you will find the main entrance to the villa.

Lower Floor: This floor can be accessed from the garden or from the ground floor down the stairs. You will find that there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. Due to there being a separate entrance you could even rent this part of the house out.

Ground Floor: The main entrance to the villa is on this floor. The open-plan design consists of a large kitchen with plenty of worktops and storage.
