Ground Floor: The ground floor has one bedroom, a kitchen and living area. The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. This floor opens out onto the garden and infinity pool. The kitchen is  modern and has plenty of preparation areas and storage space. The dining table seats ten people, there is also further seating outside for Al Fresco dining. The living area provides space to relax on comfortable seating with the benefits of a television.

First Floor: The first floor has a further three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom leads out onto a balcony with chairs to sit on whilst enjoying the view of the sea. One of the double bedrooms has a balcony that sits on the side of the villa and provides both sea and mountain views.

Second Floor: The second floor is where you will find the master bedroom with a spacious and modern en-suite bathroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom provide views of the sea with a wide balcony to walk out on and enjoy the open air view. This balcony wraps around the side of the villa and provides mountain views.

Basement: The basement consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a games room. The first bedroom is a double and the second bedroom is a twin bedroom which can be pushed together in the event of requiring a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Additionally, there is a games room which has a table-tennis table.

Sea-View Villa in Kalkan

This lovely villa has its own private infinity pool which allows you to enjoy a wonderful sea view. The measurements of the pool are 13 metres x 4 metres. Complimenting the pool is a jacuzzi, fit for a relaxing day in the sun.

There is also plenty of space outside and the terrace has room for 12 sun-loungers to sunbathe on, with parasols to seek shade under.

An Al Fresco dining area features on the side of the villa with a pergola to provide shade whilst eating. This area has seating for 8 people at the table and further space to lounge about in.

Additionally, there is a grassed area around the back of the villa, and it also provides a different setting for you to enjoy the shade later on in the evening whilst the air is still warm.
