As you walk out of the large patio doors from the living room onto the pool terrace, you will find a well maintained landscaped garden. Here you will find 8 sun loungers and a large dining table and chairs. There is also a Jacuzzi feature in the beautiful infinity pool and a separate shallow pool which can be used as a children’s pool or sun loungers pool. In addition, there is also a barbecue.

The villa entrance is at the rear of the building where you can find table tennis and gym. There is private parking for 2 cars plus on road parking. The villa has security cameras, alarm system and a video call system at the entrance and car park.

About Kalkan

Kalkan is a harbour town on the Turkish Mediterranean coast not yet overdeveloped to cater for huge numbers of visitors.

The town is part of the famous Turquoise Coast and within easy reach of well-known historical sites. These include the beach and ruins at Patara – reputed to be the birthplace of St Nicholas – and Kaputas Beach.

Although in the Antalya province, Kalkan is more closely related to Fethiye. It was first established as a fishing port and the only safe harbour between Kaş and Fethiye. White-washed houses descend to the sea, many adorned with brightly-coloured bougainvillea.

The town averages 300 days of sunshine a year. Visitors are mostly those looking for a more relaxed or romantic destination rather than the bright lights of some of the bigger resorts.
