Taking the steps leads you to a huge open-plan living area, the first thing you notice is the wood details in the room and the amazing view that appears from the large window on the other side of the room. Additionally, there is a good size bathroom and a small door leads to the terrace.

On the terrace on the side of the property you find the nice pool and the sun beds around it. Also, the terrace can seat 4 people comfortably looking out on the view.

Second Villa

The villa next door is more modern and slightly bigger than the first one. This villa has been built using concrete whilst the other is built using a prefabricated material.

The villa enjoys the very same views with larger outside seating areas. The space means that you can enjoy this extra space with a full size dining table along with a soft seating area. On this floor there is also an open-plan design inside. Here there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a comfortable lounge area. This floor also enjoys a bathroom with a jacuzzi that looks out on to the Kalkan bay.

About Kalkan

Kalkan is a harbour town on the Turkish Mediterranean coast not yet  overdeveloped to cater for huge numbers of visitors.

The town is part of the famous Turquoise Coast and within easy reach of well-known historical sites. These include the beach and ruins at Patara – reputed to be the birthplace of St Nicholas – and Kaputas Beach, which are both close by.

Although in the Antalya province, Kalkan is more closely related to Fethiye. It was first established as a fishing port and the only safe harbour between Kaş and Fethiye. White-washed houses descend to the sea, many adorned with brightly-coloured bougainvillea.

The town averages 300 days of sunshine a year. Visitors are mostly those looking for a more relaxed or romantic destination rather than the bright lights of some of the bigger resorts.
